Job Summary

We are seeking Part-Time Stylists to join our team at Leap Inc. As a PT Stylist, you will be responsible for creating positive and memorable experiences for customers, driving sales, and supporting the initiatives of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to deliver personalized service and drive brand loyalty.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers.
  • Support Leadership Initiatives: Participate in visual merchandising, operational excellence, and other initiatives to drive business results.
  • Model Reliability and Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, working varied hours and days to meet business needs.
  • Support Brand Activations: Assist with brand activations, new store openings, and other events to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Embrace Learning and Technology: Stay up-to-date with new technologies, systems, and apps, and leverage them to improve customer experiences and drive business results.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service and/or retail experience, with a background in a similar category preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
