Job Summary

Jefferson College is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Testing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Academic Services division, you will be responsible for coordinating exams, providing routine direction and information to students, and maintaining the testing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer exams following standard routines and procedures
  • Monitor testing rooms and notify students or clients of test results
  • Assist instructors with paperwork related to testing and testing services
  • Compile data from daily sign in sheets and prepare reports
  • Maintain daily, monthly, and student records
  • Oversee testing software functions and manage department inventory

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree
  • Proficient in providing extended customer service
  • Capable of prolonged standing and frequent mobility
  • Competent in adapting to evolving technology and software
  • Ability to learn applicable local, state, federal, and third-party regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills with troubleshooting software
  • Experience in using Word, Google Forms, and Google Drive

Working Conditions:

Light work: Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs force frequently, and/or negligible amt force constantly to move objects.
