- Possession of current FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 licenses is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of financial industry principles, products, and the advisor's role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant financial management tools is desired.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related analytical discipline is required.
- Strong mathematical, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure excellent customer service for both existing and prospective clients.
