Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform essential tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioning recharges, front-end alignments, inspections, battery replacements, and headlight/taillight installations. State and Emission Licenses are advantageous.
  • Diagnostic Procedures: Execute comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify the root causes of vehicle issues and provide precise repair recommendations.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure all paperwork is clear and accurate for both customer records and internal documentation.
  • Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy and safe work environment to promote equipment longevity and ensure workplace safety.
Qualifications:

● High School Diploma or GED

● ASE certification from a trade or technical school in automotive or engineering is preferred but not mandatory.

● Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service technician

● Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment

● Willingness to engage in ongoing training

● Ability to effectively use automotive repair tools

● Strong listening and communication skills
