About the Role:

The Start Smart Coach is a key member of our team, responsible for guiding clients to achieve maximum results through our proprietary coaching approach.

This role requires a strong understanding of automotive fixed operations and the ability to present training material in an engaging manner.

The ideal candidate will possess consultative problem-solving skills, be comfortable interacting with clients at all levels, and have a proven track record of directing clients to desired solutions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work well in a remote or office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use consultative methods to effect change in key areas
  • Apply the Perfect Pricing model to identify projected financial impact
  • Hold regular coaching sessions to confirm and measure implemented changes
  • Update CRM with necessary notes and changes
  • Schedule and confirm attendance in manager workshops
