Career Opportunities
We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Volunteer Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting our hospice volunteers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of death and dying, compassionately understanding the needs of hospice clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hospice policies, ensuring confidentiality and ethical conduct in all interactions.
- Provide comprehensive training to volunteers on hospice protocols.
- Demonstrate high levels of comfort in dealing with grief and loss issues with clients.
- Utilize software programs, including Microsoft Office, proficiently.
- Foster positive relationships and diverse perspectives through exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Show adeptness in communication and collaboration.
