Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business analysis to evaluate new and evolving business needs, applying broad and detailed knowledge of systems and vendors to make software or procedural recommendations.
  • Partner with departments and business units to communicate technological capabilities, identify inefficiencies, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Write and maintain functional and procedural documentation on departmental procedures, system processes, and automation.
  • Resolve software-related issues, install, implement, and configure non-operating system software, and monitor systems and automation on a daily basis.
  • Provide data analysis on business-related data, writing and publishing reports, and communicating analysis clearly and succinctly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of Information Systems experience in a financial institution, preferably with Power-On experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of change management processes, basic understanding of SQL Query writing, and ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with employees and members.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaborative tools.
