Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience at Captain D's.

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and employee engagement.
• Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
• Ensure that all health and safety standards are met and maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

The Shift Leader will be required to:

• Continuously utilize speech, hearing, near vision, eye/hand coordination, color definition, and manual/bi-manual dexterity.
• Frequently stand, walk, reach above shoulders, bend, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds and work closely with others.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
• Occasionally utilize sense of taste and smell, and far vision. Works around chemicals and cleaners; walks on uneven surfaces; may require utilization of a step stool/ladder; lifts and/or carries up to 50 pounds.

The Shift Leader will be required to work:

• Days and hours may vary according to business necessity, including weekends, evenings and/or holidays.
• Standard restaurant working conditions.
• May be exposed to extreme conditions common in a restaurant environment, such as extreme heat or cold from equipment or weather.
