Key Responsibilities:
As an Analytics intern at DEFENDERS, you will support our team in one of the following areas, among others:

Data Analysis:
Conduct exploratory analysis of dataset structures and patterns using statistical techniques and visualization tools. Connect data insights with business outcomes and communicate findings.

Automation:
Assist in designing and building automation workflows using tools like UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. Help integrate various systems and applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation.

Machine Learning:
Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of machine learning models and projects. May assist with training various algorithms and deep learning models on datasets.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with a graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026.

GPA of 3.0 or higher

What Sets You Apart:
Active involvement in a student club or organization related to your major.
Ability to interpret and manipulate large, complex datasets.
Proficiency in data modeling software, Excel, and familiarity with statistical and economic modeling techniques and tools.
Proficiency with programming languages and familiarity with version control systems.
Ability to work independently, managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Prior internship or work experience.

Additional Details:

Compensation:
$22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those who have obtained a Bachelor's degree and are enrolled in a graduate program.

Work Schedule:

A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and if no team meetings or events are planned, the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.

Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.

Qualifications:
Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program.
