About the Position
We are seeking a seasoned hotel professional with experience in front office, front desk, night auditor, or food and beverage roles, and a background or interest in sales. The ideal candidate will be a driven, ambitious, and passionate individual who is eager to leverage innovative technology and software to drive business growth in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the designated area of Germany.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry, showcasing our product portfolio and value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform our sales strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in rooms division or sales and marketing.
- Familiarity with property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and hospitality technology.
