Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience and outcome.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Grounds Keeping: Maintain the grounds and surrounding landscapes, including mowing the lawn and cleaning surrounding areas.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment and machinery, including hand tools and power tools.
  • Work Order Management: Process and complete work requests within the Work Order Management system.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including time and materials used.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5 years of directly related experience in maintenance and facilities management.
  • Credentials: Pass gaming background check, pass general background check, standard driver's license, and gaming license or permit as required by assigned position.
  • Skills: Work Order Management Application, cleaning solvents, and chemicals.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Frequently bend, kneel, stoop, push, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Environmental Factors: Potential exposure to blue and white light, cleaning fluids and solvents, dust and mold, and slippery surfaces.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Eye wear, face shield, gloves, hard hat, and mask.
