Staff Registered Nurse RN PACU Post Anesthesia Care

University of Miami is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team in the PACU Post Anesthesia Care department.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse RN to provide exceptional patient care in our PACU Post Anesthesia Care unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patients to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Valid Florida Registered Nurse License.
- ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
