Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in our PACU. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal recovery.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting a positive and compassionate care environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Registered Nurse License; BLS, ACLS, ONS/ONCC certification.
  • Two years of experience in a PACU or similar setting, with a strong background in nursing care and patient assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
