Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clinical support to our medical staff, ensuring a positive and professional experience for patients.
- Perform routine clinical tasks, including preparing patients for exams and procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with medical and cosmetic procedures, including preparing equipment and supplies.
- Provide patient education and reinforcement, ensuring patients understand their treatment plans and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with our medical team to anticipate and meet their needs, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or a related field is required.
- Dermatology experience is preferred, but not necessary. We offer comprehensive training for medical and surgical procedures.
- Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with patients and providers on a daily basis.
- Medical Assistant Certification is preferred, but not required. We will provide documentation support.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
