This role is crucial to the guest experience because you'll:

Lead the Experience: Check in with guests and ensure they're enjoying themselves

Be the Solution: Handle guest concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution

Understand Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment

Be Informed: Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of using the McDonald's App, Mobile Order & Pay features
