Key Responsibilities:- Work under the supervision of licensed Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants to provide patient care and support.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitoring, including vital signs.
- Perform IV starts and blood draws, as permitted by state law.
- Apply splints and provide wound care.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain point-of-care laboratory equipment.
- Perform EKGs and assist with daily functions of a mobile care delivery emergency unit.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the vehicle is stocked and ready for each shift.
- Medical Technician certification, including EMT Intermediate/Advanced with WA or Paramedic certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- BLS, American Heart Association certification.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs easily.
