Overview:

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $39 to $45, taking into account various factors such as education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits are provided by Volt, making this a Direct Hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

This full-time position requires working with Kuka robots, Motoman, and/or Fanuc robots connected to injection mold machinery. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, installing, retrofitting, and upgrading customer equipment. You will also be responsible for efficiently and effectively resolving problems with production equipment and related systems, as well as traveling to client locations.

Work Schedule:

The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with paid overtime as necessary to complete required tasks. In some cases, air travel and a rental car may be required upon arrival.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need extensive experience working with Industrial Robots (Kuka, Motoman, Fanuc). PLC experience, specifically with Siemens HMI, is also crucial. A degree in a Technical field and 3+ years of experience in the robotics field, preferably as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, are also required. Experience with injection mold machinery processes and strong Mechanical/Electrical aptitude are preferred.
