Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication.
- Diagnose issues in standard scale systems, pinpoint faults, and outline necessary repair actions.
- Prepare and present repair quotes on-site.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide equipment and upgrade quotations.
- Conduct calibrations at client locations and assess equipment performance to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform calibrations on all weighing devices, including belt scales.
- Implement corrective measures or repairs to restore equipment functionality and precision.
- Organize daily travel plans to optimize work schedules and swiftly adjust priorities as needed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns, identifying solutions, and recommending enhancements.
- Accurately document service and installation activities through forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Be available for overtime and on-call emergency service outside regular hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of electronics education or equivalent experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Possession of a CDL or willingness to obtain one promptly.
- Flexibility to travel frequently as required.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds effectively.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory.
