Job Summary:We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee approximately 45 team members, focusing on training, development, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and guide maintenance staff, ensuring equipment is maintained and production goals are met.
- Develop and implement TPM and scheduled maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with vendors for facility and equipment maintenance.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous learning.
- Administer company policies and manage employee relations, including performance reviews and discipline.
- Manage departmental budgets, track expenditures, and provide reports to management.
- Strong experience in maintaining high-speed production equipment, especially within automotive or related industries.
- Expertise in hydraulics, electrical systems, pneumatics, and general mechanical repair.
- Proficiency in 5S, Lean concepts, and continuous improvement processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate a diverse team.
- 7+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical certification and hands-on experience with maintenance and repair.
