Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our garment numbering system and shipping schedule board.
  • Follow a predetermined shipping schedule and separate garments into routes for specific sort areas.
  • Remove garments from supply rails and place them on the appropriate conveyor or placard hook by route, last man numbered, or customer number.
  • Hang shirts and pants in a logical and organized manner to ensure efficient processing.
  • Identify and address any quality, mechanical, or shipping schedule issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to best practices in all production activities.
Requirements
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Working knowledge of basic math skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet attendance schedule and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Environment

This role is performed in a warehouse setting and requires regular exposure to outside weather conditions, extreme temperatures, and dust. Overtime may be required as needed.
