Responsibilities- Develop a thorough understanding of our garment numbering system and shipping schedule board.
- Follow a predetermined shipping schedule and separate garments into routes for specific sort areas.
- Remove garments from supply rails and place them on the appropriate conveyor or placard hook by route, last man numbered, or customer number.
- Hang shirts and pants in a logical and organized manner to ensure efficient processing.
- Identify and address any quality, mechanical, or shipping schedule issues that may arise.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to best practices in all production activities.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Working knowledge of basic math skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet attendance schedule and adapt to changing priorities.
This role is performed in a warehouse setting and requires regular exposure to outside weather conditions, extreme temperatures, and dust. Overtime may be required as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
This is a full-time position based on a shift schedule, which may include weekends. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
