Job Summary

Ultra Steak, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality baked goods meet our legendary standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the bake area of the kitchen, ensuring all bread, butter, and dessert items meet our exceptional standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure every product meets customer expectations and reflects well on our establishment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, restocking and cleaning as needed.
• Monitor bakery inventory, production levels, and deliveries to optimize efficiency.
• Inspect each baked product to ensure it meets quality requirements.
• Display and decorate finished products to make them client-ready.
• Provide recommendations for product improvements, respond to customer needs, and accept orders.
