Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Ultra Steak, Inc. as a key member of our kitchen staff. As a Baker, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of bread, butter, and dessert items that meet the legendary standards of Texas Roadhouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the bake area of the kitchen, ensuring all products meet the expected quality and presentation standards.
• Inspect and approve each baked product to ensure it meets our quality requirements.
• Restock and maintain a clean workstation, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Monitor bakery inventory, production levels, and deliveries to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to display and decorate finished products, making them client-ready.
• Respond to customer needs, accept orders, and make product improvement recommendations.
