We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading shifts, managing assigned systems, and driving sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
  • Manage assigned systems, including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results
  • Manage the Guest Service Department, including ensuring Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • 18 years or older
