Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked food and beverage area, ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, adhering to planograms and inventory management procedures.
- Support the training of lower-level cashiers, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Prioritize tasks according to store and management needs, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any potential hazards or incidents to management.
- Establish strong relationships with colleagues and leaders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of cashier experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
- Computer and POS system knowledge, with experience in cash handling and inventory management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
