Job Summary:

The Memory Care Resident Caregiver will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, managing medications, and promoting independence and dignity. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Manage medications and administer as prescribed
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Participate in resident programming and activities
  • Document resident care and progress
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
  • Experience working with seniors and individuals with memory impairments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position, working every other weekend. The schedule is 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am.
