Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Watercrest Senior Living. As a Wellness Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Resident Care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment by maintaining accurate records, reporting concerns, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or issues that arise.
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in good standing.
- Minimum one year of experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a passion for working with seniors.
