Job Opportunity

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for a student in a Burlington, CT location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support student growth and development
  • Monitor and record student progress and behaviors
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure consistency
  • Support the student in building communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for the student

Qualifications:

  • Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
