We are seeking a skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments to our residents in a safe and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Document medication administration and resident interactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- Transcribe orders and maintain accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current LPN, LVN, or state-specific licensed nurse credential.
- Experience working with seniors, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compliance with OSHA, British Columbia Workers Compensation Act, and Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requirements.
