We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our team at Contact Government Services, LLC. As a Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in processing data using LAW and ensuring the accuracy of load and export files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load large volumes of production data and run exports from the database for creating discovery party productions.
  • Download files from our file sharing tool, JEFS, and perform quality control on load and export files.
  • Modify load files and perform quality control on loaded data quickly and accurately.
  • Assist with creating and updating document processing procedures as needed.
  • Run multiple load streams simultaneously and perform native file processing in LAW.
  • Export data from Relativity to create load files for other various platforms as requested by Case Manager.
  • Perform data conversion processing, including conversions of various document types.
  • Handle quality control on load files and Relativity data loads and exports.
  • Perform advanced requests, such as creating data exports for productions and performing quality control on files.
Requirements:
