Job Title:

Insurance Premium Auditor

This role is an excellent opportunity to join RLD Associates, Inc., a leading service company to the insurance industry. As an Insurance Premium Auditor, you will work independently in the field, meeting with various businesses to conduct insurance premium audits.

The purpose of a premium audit is to review accounting records and conduct a thorough interview to validate the assignment of the insured's business type and the associated premium. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be dependable and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Pleasant, yet professional personality
  • A two-year degree in accounting or related subject is preferred. Experience in bookkeeping and payroll preparation considered, as well as commercial insurance expertise
  • Reliable transportation when travel is necessary
