Job Overview

Position: Staff Attorney
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

A reputable non-profit organization is in search of a Bilingual Staff Attorney. This role requires exceptional communication abilities to provide legal support and guidance that significantly benefits the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver internal training sessions aimed at professional development.
  • Examine and verify case documentation and filings.
  • Compose and prepare legal memoranda, opinions, and briefs.
  • Ensure compliance with mandated reporting standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in immigration law is preferred.
