Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, and performing various sales floor tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge every customer with a positive and friendly approach, building long-term customer loyalty.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
  • Product Knowledge: Be an expert on our products, including weekly deals and promotions.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with freight logistics and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Availability: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude and team player who wants to delight and serve customers.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Pushing/Pulling: Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
