Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired providing in-person care has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7.

MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society is seeking proactive, knowledgeable CA-licensed psychiatrists to join our multidisciplinary teams. Within our adult correctional facilities, you will find like-minded professionals committed to providing optimal care and honing advanced psychopharmacological skills.
As a Psychiatrist, you will be an integral member of an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team which includes other psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical social workers. Your responsibilities will include performing psychiatric evaluations, participating in treatment planning and case reviews, prescribing medications, and providing crisis intervention and psychotherapy. You will also provide consultations and training in treatment approaches to both clinical and custody staff of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
