Newly recruited clinicians providing in-person care may be eligible for a structured Recruitment and Retention Bonus, starting at 1% for the first seven years, increasing by 1% annually, with a maximum of 7% by year seven.

MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society, is seeking proactive and knowledgeable psychiatrists licensed in Maryland to become part of our multidisciplinary teams. Within our healthcare facilities, you will collaborate with like-minded professionals dedicated to delivering optimal mental health care and enhancing advanced psychopharmacological expertise.
As a Psychiatrist, you will play a crucial role in an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team that includes other psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical social workers. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting psychiatric evaluations, engaging in treatment planning and case reviews, prescribing medications, and providing crisis intervention and psychotherapy. Additionally, you will offer consultations and training in treatment methodologies to both clinical and custody staff within the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
