Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Education Consultant with a strong customer service orientation to guide families in Vietnam regarding independent schooling options in various countries including the UK, US, Australia, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to prospective students and their families about studying abroad, including information on countries, universities, courses, entry requirements, application processes, and visa applications.
  • Work closely with the Admissions team to assist students throughout the university application and visa acquisition processes.
  • Maintain communication with universities through email and phone, monitoring student admission statuses and providing updates on offers and rejections.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of student applications within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies aimed at attracting potential students.
  • Participate in training sessions and educational exhibitions organized by our partners.
  • Translate documents and provide interpretation services during university seminars, interviews, and exhibitions as needed.
  • Qualified candidates may apply for the position of Education Consultant Team Leader.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree (experience studying abroad is a plus).
  • Comprehensive understanding of the study abroad landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with a focus on customer service.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling or sales, preferably in education, study abroad, or customer service sectors.
  • Knowledge of immigration policies and visa processes is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to foster and expand customer relationships.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet targets.
