Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to corporate and regulatory standards.
Manage and analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial policies and procedures.
Provide financial planning and analysis support to senior leadership and other departments.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in financial management.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or CPA certification is highly valued.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing accounting role, with a focus on cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
