Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Syntegon Technology. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct time and efficiency studies to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze and recommend layout and workflow changes to optimize production
  • Review and recommend updates to production standards to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Research and recommend capital equipment projects to improve manufacturing processes
  • Manage automation projects to increase productivity and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an advanced high mix low volume manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with production environments and advanced manufacturing processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Mastery of MS Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Project management experience, specifically capital research/installation projects
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Visual Basics programming experience
  • 2-4 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer
  • CMM programming experience
  • SAP experience
