Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $69,000.00 - $92,500.00 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, candidates may be eligible for bonus and stock award programs.

Job Description

This Global Infrastructure Specialist role is designed for recent college graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in facilities design, construction, and operations. As a member of our Global Workplace and Infrastructure team, you will work on exciting projects that support the growth of our company and industry.

You will have the opportunity to rotate through various areas of the team, including facilities design, tool installation, and finance. This will help you develop a broad understanding of our business and gain valuable skills that will serve you well in your future career.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A strong foundation in technical skills such as design, construction, and operations is essential. Additionally, you should be willing to travel up to 20% of the time and work in a global team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Learning how we establish and operate R&D facilities and workplaces for thousands of employees worldwide
  • Gaining experience on the skillsets required to operate leading-edge R&D fabrication facilities
  • Working with technologists and subject matter experts to enable tooling and infrastructure requirements for next-generation technology
  • Supporting global facility expansion to meet growing business needs
Technical Skills

We are looking for candidates with a strong technical background, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering. Experience in facilities-related fields is highly desirable.
