Position Overview

Clean Team, Inc. is in search of skilled candidates to take on the role of Floor Maintenance Specialist. We invite applicants who meet the following criteria to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in floor maintenance or related fields.
  • Knowledge of effective floor cleaning techniques and familiarity with necessary equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage cleaning schedules and periodic tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to track and report on completed tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Mechanical aptitude is essential.
  • Job duties may involve operating various floor cleaning machines, including walk-behind and riding scrubbers, as well as performing routine maintenance on these machines.
  • Utilization of different types of vacuum cleaners.
  • Prior experience is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Requirements
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess valid identification.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Auto insurance is a prerequisite.
  • Flexibility in hours is necessary, as this role requires open availability.
Qualifications

Attention to detail is crucial, along with the capacity to perform moderate to heavy physical tasks. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as effective communication abilities. Familiarity with safety protocols in floor maintenance is also advantageous.

Job Duties

The role includes cleaning and maintaining various floor types, which encompasses stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, and spot cleaning. Adherence to safety measures in work areas is essential.

Additionally, employees may be asked to undertake other responsibilities as needed. Typically, floor maintenance tasks are performed after business hours.
