Key Responsibilities- Plan and direct engineering projects and programs to achieve business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions
- Collaborate with customers, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful project execution
- Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers and technicians to meet project deadlines
