Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our team at HomeSense. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to all visual merchandising standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Support the growth of your career by taking on additional responsibilities and contributing to the success of the team.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support business needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
