Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with day-to-day issues related to their computer networks. This includes:

  • Onsite and remote workstation management
  • Setup, preparation, and deployment of images to computers
  • Troubleshooting applications and operating system issues
  • Basic voice over IP support

You will work as part of a unified team to develop best practices, test new technology, and document standard procedures for common types of service requests.

The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. A willingness to challenge the status quo and contribute to the growth and development of the team is essential.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows environments
  • 1+ years of basic troubleshooting
  • 1+ years of basic network experience, including setting up basic firewalls or switches
  • 1+ years of Office 365 and/or Azure experience
  • CompTIA A+ certification within 120 days of hire
