About the Job:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patient's functional status and occupational therapy needs

Requirements:

- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
