Your primary responsibilities will include taking drink orders, crafting a range of classic and innovative cocktails, suggesting beer and wine options, and maintaining a clean and hygienic bar environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
  • Assist with restocking and cleaning duties as directed, including opening and closing tasks for the bar.
  • Manage inventory of bar supplies, ensuring adequate stock of wine, liquor, and glassware, while promptly notifying management of any shortages.
  • Process payments and manage customer tabs accurately, as well as record daily sales in the point of sale system.
  • Verify customer age to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.

Qualifications

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED certification is required.
  • This position emphasizes a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with patrons and team members.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.
