Lead a Team of Sales Professionals at VIRELLA

VIRELLA is a leading organization in the industry, with a rich history of 120 years. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and lead a small group of sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing relationships and a proven track record of success in sales. They will be responsible for learning our process, servicing existing clients, and developing new business opportunities. The role also involves supervising a team, training and developing new team members, and daily reporting using Salesforce-based CRM.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year, paid weekly. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to advance to the Agency Director role as they master the skills needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base
  • Research new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members
  • Daily reporting using Salesforce-based CRM
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
