About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our Critical Care team at Inova Fairfax Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe and effective medication therapies for patients in accordance with established policies and protocols.
  • Oversee all department activities related to the preparation and dispensing of pharmaceutical preparations.
  • Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel, including Pharmacy Technicians.
  • Participate in the performance appraisal of Pharmacy Support personnel.
  • Organize and prioritize work assignments to ensure timely provision of pharmacy services.
Requirements
  • One (1) year of experience working in a hospital as a Pharmacist.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • PGY1/PGY2 critical care residency preferred.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the state of VA.
