We are seeking highly qualified candidates for an Academic Clinical Faculty position in the Infectious Diseases Division at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of clinicians and researchers who are dedicated to advancing the field of infectious diseases.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be appointed at the level of Instructor or higher in the Adjunct, Health Sciences Clinical, or Clinical X Professor series at UCSF. The position will be based at the San Francisco VA Health Care System, where the candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of innovative clinical and research programs.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Infectious Diseases Division
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical and research programs
- Participate in teaching and mentoring activities
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infectious diseases, with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and contribute to the development of innovative clinical and research programs. The candidate must have an MD, current US medical license, and be board-certified or eligible in Infectious Diseases.
