Job Summary: Responsible for managing the complete home construction process, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within financial constraints, and to the highest standards of quality. Direct construction teams, oversee subcontractors, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Manager:
- Project Oversight: Strategically plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction. Guarantee timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Leadership: Inspire and guide construction teams and subcontractors. Facilitate site meetings to tackle and resolve challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate work to confirm compliance with standards. Establish and implement quality control measures.
- Client Engagement: Keep clients informed about project status and updates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities adhere to legal regulations. Secure necessary permits and inspections.
