Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Muskegon, Michigan.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice settings, including critical care, pulmonary function testing, and neonatal intensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care services to patients in a hospital setting, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients with a range of respiratory conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in patient education and counseling to promote healthy respiratory habits.
Requirements:
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a critical care or pulmonary function testing setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • EPIC experience preferred.
