Your Responsibilities:
- Creating innovative and cost-efficient designs, drawings, and specifications for assigned projects.
- Ensuring professional registration and overseeing the signing/sealing of documents, with expertise in REVIT.
- Leading both conceptual and detailed design phases while adhering to client specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating efforts with other disciplines and external consultants to reduce errors and maintain design integrity.
- Providing construction support through document evaluation, site observation, and resolution of construction challenges.
Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Professional Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience post-registration.
- Proficient in A/E technology and software, including ACAD, Revit, and BIM.
- Familiarity with Federal UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria) and experience in DoD projects.
- Preferred experience in design for Army, Navy, Air Force, Air National Guard, or Army National Guard.

Environmental and Physical Requirements:
This position requires ordinary ambulatory skills to visit various locations and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity are necessary, including the ability to grasp and visual acuity for using a keyboard and operating equipment.
